Sky Puppies!
During the growing season we typically have a whole host of pollinators. I love walking the garden during lunch to visit and shoot the bumble butts.
Snack Stop!
No shortage of critters out in Bertram, from time to time you will even find a bunny willing to put up with you snapping photos.
Good Morning!
Bertram is one of the few places we have consistently been able to find painted buntings, they are typically quite excited to greet the morning.
Lobster Bug?
From time to time we even get hummingbird moths in the garden, a welcomed visitor if not one of the more odd ones.

Actually thought this gal was dead, thinking I might take her home to pin her, I gently touched its paw to check for life. She jumped and ran as if to say "AHHH the gross human touched me!"
